Track punch distance = door height + 58mm (2″). Mark upper and lower pivot points.

Mount the Track

Secure the rail to the wall. Ensure it’s level and properly anchored.

Attach Hardware

Install hanger rollers, rotating shafts, antijump parts and hinges following the manual.

Hang & Adjust

Hang the door panels, adjust alignment, and test the smooth folding action.

Pro Tip: Ensure the bottom rotating shaft is perfectly aligned with the upper pulley hole misalignment can cause the door to jam.

What size door panel do I need? Each single door panel should be half of your door opening plus 2″. For example, if your opening is 60″ wide, each panel should be 30″ + 2″ = 32″ wide.How do I calculate the track length? Select the door opening size plus at least 150mm (6″). For a 60″ opening, the required track length is 60″ + 6″ = 66″. Our tracks are available from 3 ft to 16 ft to suit various openings.Where should I install the hardware? The track punch distance is door height + 58mm (2″). The single door should be installed along the side of the door. The hole distance is 18mm (“) for both the upper and lower rotating shafts.Is installation difficult for a beginner? Not at all! Our stepbystep manual guides you through every step.
